Hardware Warranty Terms

1. Direct Importer Warranty

Because Electromania consoles are sourced through direct international channels rather than the local official corporate distributor, warranty claims are serviced directly by Electromania under our 6-month limited hardware defect warranty.

2. Covered Failures

This warranty covers mechanical and electronic manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions, including internal power supply defects, optical disc read errors (for disc editions), and mainboard chipset failure.

3. Exclusions

The warranty strictly excludes:

• Power surges and electrical fluctuations resulting from load-shedding grid switching without an approved surge protector.
• Accidental physical drops, liquid spills, or casing damage.
• Unauthorized firmware modification, jailbreaking, or opening of internal security seals.
